You are probably reading this because there is something you would like to change about your life. It is likely that hypnotherapy can help you make that change.

The psychotherapy or talking element of the therapy focuses on the workings of the brain and how to make positive changes while the hypnosis allows access to the sub-conscious mind to enable those changes to be embedded.

This type of therapy is future orientated and, as the name suggests, focuses on solutions.  It recognises that there is no need to analyse problems of the past and the whole session is a very positive, relaxing and enjoyable experience.
